Our Journey 

 

In 2009, Juan Jaimes and his wife, Maribel Carachure founded JPF Industrial Services Inc. with the help of his brothers. 

​

Juan Jaimes began his machinist career at the age of 16 years old. He started off cleaning machines and doing basic maintenance work. Through time, he developed the skills to operate machines, read blueprints, and build confidence to complete jobs more efficiently.

​

After 20 years of dedication and hard work, what began as a small machining business has blossomed into a thriving company.

The Future of JPF

Today, JPF Industrial Services is looking to pass the torch to Juan and Maribel's son, Juan Pablo Flores, who the business is named after. Juan Pablo is excited to continue the legacy of JPF and has already begun training in CNC machining and welding.
